About the studio
Photography and design for products, places and food, from a studio in Elamkulam.
Mizhi — “eye” in Malayalam — started in 2017 as a one-person product photography studio in a rented garage in Elamkulam. We now have a team of five: three photographers, a designer and a producer.
Most of our work is for Kerala businesses that sell something you can see: spices, saris, food, rooms, views. We like long shot lists, early mornings and clients who know what the photographs are for.
The studio
900 sq ft with a white cyclorama, a prop room and a small kitchen for food shoots. It is available to hire by the hour.
